Request a Quote
Send a few details about your move or storage, and our Indio office will contact you to plan it and prepare a written estimate.

What happens after you send it
Your request goes to the same office team that answers our phone. Someone will get in touch to talk through the move: the dates, both addresses, what's going and anything awkward, like a piano, a narrow staircase or a gated community.
For most household moves we then look at what's being moved, either in person or on a video call, so the estimate reflects your actual home rather than a guess. California requires a written estimate before a household move, so you'll have the price in writing before anything is booked.
Tips for a more accurate quote
- Mention storage early. If there's a gap between moving out and moving in, we can plan the vault and the delivery as one job.
- List the heavy or fragile pieces. Safes, pianos, glass tables and artwork change how a crew prepares.
- Say if you want packing. Full packing, the kitchen only, or none at all each affect the time. See packing services.
- Flexible dates help. In summer, early starts are the first slots to go.
Common questions
What information do I need to request a moving quote?
Your name, a phone number or email, the service you need and a rough date are enough to start. Addresses, home size and any large items can go in the message box, or we'll ask about them when we call you back.
Can I get a quote for storage only?
Yes. Choose household storage, car storage or a business move in the form. For household storage, the quote covers collecting your belongings, keeping them in sealed wooden vaults and delivering them when you're ready. Learn more on our storage services page.
