What full-service storage is, and what it is not
With full-service storage, you never load a truck or carry a box into a building. A crew packs and wraps your things, takes them to our Indio facility, and delivers them to the address you choose when you call.
It is not a rented space you drive to and open yourself. Household goods are sealed in wooden vaults, business stock sits on warehouse racking, and staff handle everything inside the building. If you need something from storage, you call ahead and we get it ready. That is the trade: less freedom to drop in unannounced, and nobody else's hands, dust or summer heat on your belongings.

We collect and store it
The crew wraps and loads everything at your home or business and takes it to Indio. Household goods go into sealed vaults; business stock is received onto racking.

The facility
One building in Indio, serving the whole valley
Everything we store is kept in one facility in Indio, where our crews and trucks are also based. That matters in a valley where summer heat is hard on wood, fabric and electronics.
Palm Desert is about 15 miles up the road, Indian Wells about 10, Rancho Mirage about 18. The distance costs you nothing in effort, because we do the driving both ways.
Storage when a move doesn't line up
Most people who need storage are in the middle of a move that didn't go to plan: a closing date slips, a new build runs late, a rental ends before the next one starts, or a remodel needs the rooms empty. Because we are also the movers, one crew can pack the house, hold everything, and deliver it to the new address, with no second company and no extra loading in between.

What is full-service storage?
Full-service storage means the storage company does the handling. Our crew packs, wraps and loads your things, stores them in our Indio facility, and delivers them back when you ask. You don't rent a space, carry anything in, or drive to a building to fetch it.
Can I get to my things while they are in storage?
Yes, by calling ahead. Staff handle everything inside the facility, so we need notice to get your vault or pallets ready, or to schedule a delivery. There is no drop-in access, which is part of why nothing in the building is touched by anyone but us.
Do you offer storage in Palm Desert, Indian Wells and Rancho Mirage?
Yes. The facility is in Indio, and our crews collect from and deliver to Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and the rest of the Coachella Valley. You never need to bring anything to us, so where you live makes no difference to how storage works.
How long can I keep things in storage?
As long as you need. Our customers have stored household goods for a few weeks between closings, four months while a new home was finished, and more than a year. Tell us your best guess when you ask for a quote, and let us know if the date changes.
How much does full-service storage cost?
